These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe the standard working relationship between Love Is Agency ("Agency", "we", "us") and any creator who signs a creator agreement with us to manage her social media and OnlyFans (or similar platform) presence ("you", "the Model"). By signing our creator agreement, you accept the terms below in addition to the specific terms of your individual contract.
This page is a general summary of our standard working terms, provided for informational purposes. It does not replace your individually signed creator agreement, which remains the binding document between you and Love Is Agency, and it is not a substitute for independent legal advice.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.
- You must own, or hold the necessary rights to, all content you create.
2. Account Setup & Access
Before onboarding, we agree with you in writing which of the following applies to your collaboration:
- Agency-created accounts — we create and set up new social media and/or OnlyFans (or similar) accounts specifically for our collaboration.
- Full access — you provide the Agency with full login access to your existing accounts so we can manage, post, promote and chat on your behalf.
3. Verification Requirements
Before your contract becomes active, you must complete our verification process in full:
- Provide a valid government-issued ID.
- Be photographed holding your ID together with a handwritten note showing the current date, in line with standard platform identity-verification requirements.
- Sign your full contract and document package.
- Be photographed holding the signed, physical contract as proof of consent and identity.
No accounts are created, promoted or activated, and no payments are made, until verification is fully complete.
4. Contract Term
Your contract with Love Is Agency runs for a minimum term of 12 months from the date it is signed and verification is completed.
5. Onboarding Bonus
Once verification is fully completed, we pay a one-time onboarding bonus of €300.
6. Compensation — First 2 Months
The first two months of your contract are a growth and promotion period. During this time your social media and OnlyFans presence is being built up from scratch (or re-launched, if you're transferring an existing page), and any revenue generated during this window is reinvested into marketing and promoting your profile.
- There is no guaranteed percentage-based payout during these first two months.
- You are guaranteed a minimum net payment of €300 for each of your first two calendar months, regardless of how the promotion period performs.
- If your account performs above this minimum, you are paid the higher amount — €300/month is a floor, not a cap.
These are the minimum terms for new/beginner Models. Models who join with an already-established audience may agree to different starting terms, which will be confirmed in their individual contract.
7. Compensation — After the First 2 Months
From month 3 onward, payments move to the standard revenue-share structure described in your individual creator agreement and on our Pricing page. Payouts scale with your account's actual performance.
8. Terminating the Contract
Either party may end the contract by giving one (1) month's written notice before the intended termination date.
9. What Happens to Your Accounts After Termination
- Any accounts created by the Agency on your behalf under Section 2 ("Agency-created accounts") are suspended immediately following termination, and rights to these accounts remain with the Agency.
- If you would like to keep and continue using the accounts we built and promoted for you, you may buy out full rights to them — buyout terms are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
- If no buyout is agreed, the accounts are not used by either party going forward and are permanently deleted approximately one to two months after the termination date.
- If your contract was set up under the "full access" model in Section 2, access to your own pre-existing accounts is simply handed back to you, and the Agency removes its own access.
10. Intellectual Property
Content you create remains your intellectual property. Accounts created by the Agency under Section 2, along with the audience, branding and promotional work built into them during the contract term, remain the property of the Agency unless bought out under Section 9.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep the financial terms, strategy, and any personal or identifying information shared during the collaboration confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. Code of Conduct
You agree to work in good faith with your account manager, follow the content and communication guidelines provided during onboarding, and comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform your accounts operate on (OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X, etc.).
13. Limitation of Liability
The Agency uses reasonable commercial efforts to grow and promote your accounts but cannot guarantee specific income results, as earnings depend on factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, market conditions, and audience behavior.
14. Governing Law
Your individual creator agreement specifies the governing law and jurisdiction applicable to your contract.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update this general summary from time to time to reflect changes in our standard working terms. Material changes to your individual contract require your written agreement.
